Project Overview

When designing the field there was a great deal of creative freedom as well a great deal of creative challenges. The field had to be easy to build with minimal materials and sub contractors. The design needed to make a strong statement but not stick out in it's rural Connecticut setting. As well the ball field was existing so we the site was already determined. What we came up with was a design that is clean, strong, and inspired by the history of farm teams and some of the great ball fields throughout history.
